Power Chords - Power of 9

Henning Pauly

Welcome to the world of EXTENSIONS. In this case we are adding a 9 to a normal power chord. There are just a few extra notes that work well in a power chord riff and the 9 is just brilliant. This riff jumps around quite a bit, with a palm muted open E string and a staccato ending on 16th notes. There are many cool things in here, so focus on the individually before you put it all together. ...and then, ROCK it!
