D Dorian Flibbediflop
Moving on to D-Minor, but in a dorian context (more on that later). Make sure to get the hammer on grace not (C) at the beginning of the main theme. Listen to the backing track for the rhythm, you'll have to sit tightly on those hits. The decending lick can pose a challenge, so do it slowly, it jumps down in fourths. In the end we'll go down the full NONATONIC scale. What that is and how to use it effectively we'll cover in depth in the "Building the Nonatonic Scale" package.
